Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage bid bond processes, ensuring seamless financial transactions and effective record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cheques for disbursement and oversee the encashment of bid bond money
  • Issue claim letters and facilitate performance bond encashment
  • Maintain accurate reconciliations of disbursed and received amounts throughout the bid bond process
  • Coordinate the release of bid bond money and bank guarantees as necessary
  • Develop a working knowledge of ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide well-structured MIS reporting at a management level to inform key business decisions
  • Negotiate with financial institutions regarding bank guarantees
Requirements:

About This Role:

This position requires exceptional skills in bid bond management, including supervision and maintenance of records. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience, accompanied by strong analytical and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cheques for disbursement, managing encashment of bid bond money, issuing claim letters, and facilitating performance bond encashment. Additionally, they will maintain accurate reconciliations of disbursed and received amounts, coordinate the release of bid bond money and bank guarantees, and develop a working knowledge of ERP systems.
