Digital Marketing Strategy Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As a Digital Marketing Strategy Leader, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies across various channels, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive paid advertising campaigns on multiple platforms, utilizing expertise in different PPC models, monitoring and reporting campaign performance, identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance accordingly.

You will also be responsible for benchmarking new and creative growth strategies, designing and executing experiments and conversion tests to enhance customer experience, collaborating with internal teams to craft landing pages, and evaluating end-to-end customer journeys.

Additionally, you will instrument conversion points and refine user funnels for improved efficiency, stay abreast of emerging technologies, and provide strategic guidance on adoption and implementation.

Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Proven ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging, informative, and motivational digital campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels for enhanced conversion rates.
  • Hands-on expertise in A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Sound knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Working understanding of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
