Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team at S&P Global. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts signed by customers, processing new sales, renewals, and amendments, and ensuring accurate and timely billing and services.

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts signed by customers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process new sales, renewals, and amendments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and services to clients.
  • Process adjustments to client accounts as needed.
  • Provide verbal and written explanations of billing and services to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Process emails and respond to client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist with the escalation of key issues to senior management to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Provide basic ad hoc reporting as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial transaction coordination.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of financial transactions and their impact on the business.
