We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our video streaming and processing applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Back-end development, including Web API, Service stack, and integrations with Cloud PaaS. Our company provides Video Content Management systems to top-tier clients worldwide and is recognized in industry-leading reports.

As a Backend Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing server-side web technology stacks that integrate with various products and systems. You'll also work on enhancing back-end processing pipelines with evolving needs and requirements.

The position requires strong skills in implementing design patterns, logic development, and working with multiple technologies. You should have experience with server-side technologies like ASP.NET, Java Spring/Spring Boot, NodeJS, or Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop server-side web technology stack that integrates with various products and systems.
  • Enhance back-end processing pipeline with evolving needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Analyst, Web Engineers, and other Front and Back end engineers to build new features and support existing ones.
  • Ensure the back-end stack is secure, scalable, and can handle high traffic.
  • Perform unit, integration testing, and participate in weekly bug bash activities.
  • Conduct peer code reviews to improve code quality and follow Agile practices.

Essential Skills:

  • Must have experience with server-side technologies like ASP.NET, Java Spring/Spring Boot, NodeJS, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of Web API, Service stack, and integrations with Cloud PaaS.
  • Experience with designing scalable applications and securing the back-end stack.
  • Knowledge of implementing design patterns and logic development.
  • 06-07 Years of relevant experience.
