The Team Lead Creative plays a pivotal role in driving the creative team's success, spearheading the delivery of high-quality visual content that resonates with diverse marketing and communication objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading, managing, and mentoring the creative team, overseeing the design and production of graphics, illustrations, branding materials, and video content, and collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to align creative output with business goals.

• Oversee a team of graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual representation across all platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creative solutions that meet business objectives, leveraging expertise to elevate the organization's creative output.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for creative leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or creative direction, including at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role, demonstrating expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools, showcasing technical skills and adaptability.
