A healthcare institution in Pakistan is seeking a skilled patient care specialist to join its team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.
About the Role- Provide personalized planned holistic nursing care to assigned patients.
- Demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies.
- Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors.
- Show competence in patient assessment and care planning accordingly.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN).
- Six months of work experience preferred.
- Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council.
- Certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration, and Intravenous Cannulation.
- Ability to assess, plan, and manage patient care according to protocols.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication.
- Promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
- A network of Off-Campus Hospitals, Medical Centres, and Clinical Laboratories across Pakistan.
- Administer medication safely, applying knowledge of drug dosages, refer drug manual and/or pharmacy information as required, monitor patient responses to medication, and communicate reportable findings promptly.
- Efficiently use electronic monitoring equipment.
- Show expertise in patient assessment and care planning accordingly.
- Counsel and educate patients on health behaviors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
