Reliable Systems Engineer

The goal of this position is to ensure the uptime and reliability of high-volume systems, particularly during weekends.

You will own monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting across complex cloud-native systems.

  • Maintain the stability and performance of production systems, especially during periods of high usage.
  • Respond to incidents, triage system issues, and implement fixes autonomously.
  • Own observability pipelines: monitoring, logging, alerting.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Build infrastructure automation to reduce manual operations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Client Support teams to resolve production-impacting issues.
  • Improve system scalability and fault tolerance across multiple environments.
