Job Opportunity

The Software Quality Assurance role involves ensuring high-quality software delivery through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated)
  • Identify, record, document, and track defects
  • Perform comprehensive regression testing when issues are resolved
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
  • Establish and apply testing processes for new and existing products
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics such as defect densities and open issue counts
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and procedures
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to testing and quality assurance

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an SQA Engineer or similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools
  • Proficiency in bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
