Sourcing and Procurement Specialist

Key responsibilities include researching potential vendors for continuous improvement and cost savings, purchasing products, services, and assets both locally and internationally, handling CAPEX/OPEX projects by making reports for vendors, costing, material for approval, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers while maintaining good quality and capacity of the suppliers.

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Enter requisitions/Purchase Orders in SAP. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Handle LC processing and order processing. Coordinate with factory for in-bound shipment delivery and warehousing. Manage clearing agent invoicing and payments. Support Customs issues for inbound shipments.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, with a focus on gaining maximum ROI by comparing prices of different vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cosmetics/FMCG or pharmaceutical companies, with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.

  • Must have 2-3 year experience in Cosmetics/ FMCG or pharmaceutical company
