Role Overview: QuellBits seeks a skilled Sales and Business Development Associate to enhance our sales efforts and drive business growth. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with international customers, identifying potential leads, and turning them into business opportunities.

Main Tasks:

  1. Establish relationships with international customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach to international businesses and individuals.
  3. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet customer needs and increase sales revenue.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on international customer engagement.
  2. Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) for effective client interaction.
  3. Familiarity with international markets and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve sales objectives.
  4. Proven success in meeting sales targets, KPIs, and closing deals.
