About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This is an on-site role where you will take ownership of complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop mobile applications that are scalable, reliable, and deliver delightful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced features.
  • Architect and build scalable, high-performance, and reliable systems using Kotlin and Java.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align on requirements and deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, promoting high coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, optimizing application performance.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends, integrating innovations into development processes.
  • Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to uphold code quality and reliability.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical designs, emphasizing scalability and maintainability.

Requirements:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with expertise in Android development, Kotlin, and Java.
  • Strong command of software development principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing scalable and reliable systems.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Hands-on expertise in testing frameworks and ensuring application reliability.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
