We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Visual Communications Specialist to contribute to our creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visual content for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Create eye-catching layouts and designs that effectively communicate brand messages and campaigns.
  • Design branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, and business cards.
  • Maintain consistency in designs across all channels by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, integrating them into your work when applicable.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve designs and reach project goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing their design projects.

The Visual Communications Specialist should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software, with a strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team, are essential for this role. A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS) are also desirable.
