Digital Download Manager Job Description

As a Digital Download Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital storefront operations and creating listings for downloadable products on Etsy. Your goal is to ensure these listings are fully optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage digital download listings on Etsy
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
  • Write compelling, search-optimized product titles and descriptions
  • E nsure seamless file delivery and troubleshoot access issues
  • Design or coordinate product visuals using Canva or Adobe tools
  • Monitor shop analytics and adjust listings to improve traffic and conversion
  • Stay current with Etsy algorithm updates, SEO trends, and marketplace policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with digital products
  • Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword tools, and listing optimization
  • Familiarity with digital file formats and delivery automation
  • Proficiency in design software such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
