**Job Title:** Educational Leadership Director

The Head Teacher is primarily responsible for the leadership, management, and operations of the School. This position oversees school improvement initiatives, including school operations, planning, development, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Develop an effective learning organization with a positive ethos that enhances children's learning experience.
• Achieve school development targets through collaboration with EOS on enrollment growth, improved examination results, and six areas of school improvement.
• Serve as a courageous role model, leading professional and learner in the school and community, continually improving skills, attitudes, and knowledge, and facilitating teacher and staff development.
• Provide recommendations to senior leaders on school operations and improvement programs, actively participating in implementation and achieving outcomes, and collaborating with other schools.
• Maintain compliance with organizational vision, core ideology, policies, and procedures.
• Lead school strategic planning and implementation, and develop school-based human resources.
• Direct and monitor student and school development through an annual school development plan in key areas.
• Evaluate ongoing in-service professional development activities in coordination with regional teams.
• Offer pedagogical leadership, mentoring, and support for professional development, quality assurance, examination, EMIS, outstanding fee, and enrollments.
• Appraise teachers and staff based on individual performance and contribution to the school development plan.
• Ensure responsible school operations, cost-effectiveness, and teaching-learning process support.
