Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Oversee the IT team, providing guidance, support, and direction in their roles and responsibilities.
• IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and enhance the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and manage robust security measures to protect company data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in a managerial or leadership role within IT.
