Content Creator & Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Content Creator & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to increase our YouTube channel's visibility and engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm and audience behavior. You will work closely with our content creators to develop and implement content strategies that align with our channel's goals and audience preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase channel visibility and grow the subscriber base
- Create and manage content calendars, scheduling posts and optimizing content for various social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube
- Engage with our YouTube community through comments, messages, and other interactions to foster an active and loyal fan base

Skills:
