Content Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Supervisor to oversee the publication process at ESci Journals Publishing. As a key member of our editorial team, you will be responsible for managing manuscript administration, quality control, and ensuring that all publications meet our high standards.

• Manage manuscript administration and quality control to ensure usability.
• Verify the completeness of metadata and e-files for submitted and revised manuscripts.
• Provide access to editors and/or reviewers.
• Assess the usability and completeness of accepted manuscripts, making them available to authors.
• Prioritize manuscript handling according to service level agreements set per journal.
• Maintain online records of individuals.
• Conduct keyword searches using search engines and record keywords and results.
• Communicate queries from authors and editors to relevant parties.

• Strong Supervisory Skills

• Proficiency in Computer Applications (MS Office, Internet Browsing)
