Summer Break for Karachi School Students to Begin from June 1

The Sindh Education Department has declared summer holidays for all educational institutions across the province, starting from June 1. This decision aims to provide relief to students and staff during the peak summer months.

According to the announcement, classes are expected to resume on August 1, 2025. The summer break will last until July 31, giving students and staff a much-needed respite from the scorching heat.

Public and private schools, as well as colleges, will adhere to this holiday schedule. Parents and students are encouraged to utilize this time productively while taking necessary precautions against the intense summer weather.

The decision applies to both public and private educational institutions throughout Sindh. Earlier, the KP government announced its own summer vacation schedule for schools in the region.

For primary schools in the summer zone (plains), the vacation period is from June 1 to August 31. Middle, high, and higher secondary schools will have holidays from June 15 to August 31.
