Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solar Installation Manager to lead our team of installers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in solar installation, crew management, and training. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a crew of installers, ensuring high-quality installations, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

  • Manage a crew of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Train and mentor installers on all aspects of solar installation, including safety procedures and best practices.
  • Install, maintain, and repair solar systems, racking, panels, and electrical equipment.
  • Configure strings for solar arrays and run electrical DC wires to inverters.
  • Document completion of installations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Solar Lead or equivalent role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Solar Installer.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Physical mobility and ability to work in various positions.
  • Ability to work in extreme environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Superb customer service skills and high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
