
Executive Administrator Coordinator

Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager Administration, you will be responsible for leading overall facility management for our headquarters and branch offices. This includes developing plans for SMT meetings and handling administrative tasks for SMT travel plans.
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our administrative support team in implementing processes that meet complex information requests and ensure the smooth running of business activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of MS Office and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead overall facility management for our headquarters and branch offices
- Develop plans for SMT meetings and handle administrative tasks for SMT travel plans
- Use structured approach to formulate concept and content to present initiatives/ideas to HOD
- Use structured approach to suggest modifications and improvements in administrative support processes and systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Handle complete vendor management, cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders and external stakeholders
- Participate to handle complete administrative task for official events, activities & projects
Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience of handling administrative tasks in the logistics / Freight Forwarding Industry.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word).
