Datacenter Architect

The Post-Sales IT Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the IT Infrastructure team in achieving their sales targets by driving the planning, development, execution, and implementation of Solutions (Enterprise, Platform or Point), with a primary focus on datacenters, servers, cloud infrastructure, and storage systems.

The solution could be turnkey or custom-built. The IT specialist is equipped with knowledge and expertise to customize technical solutions that address key business challenges.

The Post-Sales IT Specialist will engage with stakeholders (sub-managerial to C-level/Investors) and subject matter experts, ensuring seamless alignment of IT solutions with business needs across all units, fostering smooth integration and operational success.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (BCS/BE in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering). Preferably, relative certifications (primarily datacenter design and architecture) are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored solutions based on client challenges and goals.
• Solution Design:
  • Develop comprehensive and scalable Datacenter, Servers, and Storage that align with client requirements.
  • Design high-performance, resilient, and secure architectures considering current and future needs.
• Technical Consultation:
  • Provide expert advice on the selection, implementation, and optimization of datacenter, servers, and storage technologies.
  • Conduct technical presentations and workshops to articulate the benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and project delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
  • Address technical queries and provide ongoing support to clients during and after solution implementation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential to ensure a unified approach to client success.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and post-implementation reports.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
