About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI Trainer to develop and deliver AI/ML training programs. As an expert in the field, you will create hands-on exercises and real-world AI applications that cater to diverse learning needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Design: Design and implement comprehensive AI/ML training curricula.
  • Hands-on Exercises: Create engaging and interactive hands-on exercises that simulate real-world AI applications.
  • Mentorship: Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to trainees, ensuring they grasp complex AI concepts.
  • Industry Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and integrate them into your training programs.
  • Social Learning Environment: Maintain a supportive learning environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration among trainees.

Your Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development and training.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and fundamental AI concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.
  • Pedagogical Skills: A passion for teaching and knowledge sharing, with a proven track record of success in this area.
