Senior Email Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Email Designer to join our marketing team and elevate our email marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming strategy into beautiful, high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

The candidate will be responsible for designing responsive, mobile-first email templates using Klaviyo's drag-and-drop editor or custom HTML/CSS, developing visually engaging email campaigns for key flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and promotions, creating branded newsletters that align with the company's voice, aesthetic, and goals, collaborating with marketing and copywriting teams to produce A/B testing variants and iterate based on performance metrics, maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity across all email communications, monitoring and optimizing email design performance, focusing on open rates, CTRs, and conversions, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing responsive, mobile-first email templates using Klaviyo's drag-and-drop editor or custom HTML/CSS
  • Developing visually engaging email campaigns for key flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and promotions
  • Creating branded newsletters that align with the company's voice, aesthetic, and goals
  • Collaborating with marketing and copywriting teams to produce A/B testing variants and iterate based on performance metrics
  • Maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity across all email communications
  • Monitoring and optimizing email design performance, focusing on open rates, CTRs, and conversions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience designing email campaigns within Klaviyo
  • A strong portfolio of email designs showcasing responsive layouts and performance-oriented design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
  • Deep understanding of email design fundamentals including layout, typography, CTAs, and accessibility
  • Experience with eCommerce brands and familiarity with conversion-focused design principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
