Job Summary

The role of Paid Social Specialist involves developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop audience targeting strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences, to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive digital advertising strategies.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platform insights, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.
Tasks and Activities
  1. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify best-performing strategies.
  2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and formats (videos, carousels, static images, etc.).
  3. Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to improve key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  4. Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  5. Troubleshoot underperforming ads and implement data-driven optimizations.
Reporting and Insights
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms to measure success against key performance indicators.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, retail or agency experience preferred.
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and other social ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
