Become a key player in shaping the future of blockchain technology by joining our team as a Decentralized Application Developer. We're looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Rust programming language and Anchor framework to design, develop, and optimize smart contracts and on-chain programs on the Solana blockchain.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Solana architecture, protocols, and token standards, as well as experience with Solana Program Library (SPL) and cross-program invocation (CPI). Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clean, efficient, and secure code are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy smart contracts and on-chain programs using Rust and Anchor on the Solana blockchain.
  • Architect and implement decentralized applications (dApps) with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with front-end and full-stack teams to integrate on-chain programs with web and mobile applications.
  • Optimize smart contracts for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality production-ready code.
  • Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, protocols, and best practices, especially in the Solana ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the product and design teams to translate business requirements into blockchain-based solutions.
  • Contribute to open-source projects and participate in developer community discussions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or DAO projects on Solana.
  • Previous contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
  • Experience with Ethereum, Cosmos, or other Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchains.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies and how they interact with smart contracts.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for blockchain deployment.
