Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient computer operations, including timely data entry and reporting
  • Maintain proficiency in MS Excel for record-keeping, billing, and sales reports
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting walk-in customers and guiding them through available products
  • Sustain a seamless sales process by maintaining accurate stock and sale records
  • Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to optimize operational efficiency
  • Offer prompt responses to customer inquiries when necessary

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Computer Skills: Must be familiar with basic computer operations and possess a working knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail, cash & carry, or call center sales is an added advantage.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
