As a seasoned User Experience Designer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent application of established design standards within our design work.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business stakeholders, is essential to understanding project requirements.

You will be responsible for developing and presenting comprehensive documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

To drive product improvements, leveraging user testing is crucial.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience in design.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field is required.

Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools is necessary.

A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms is mandatory.

Working knowledge of Figma or Sketch, iOS, Android, and Design Systems is expected.

Knowledge of InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
