Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as an Area Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company objectives. They will lead and manage a sales team, including recruitment and training, to ensure we meet our sales targets.

  • Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a sales team to ensure we meet our sales targets.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide support on projects and general tasks.
