Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, ensuring smooth sales processes, and driving conversions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  2. Perform data scraping and lead generation to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  3. Ensure proper sales execution and conversion of leads into paying customers
  4. Transfer qualified leads to the QA team for further processing and validation
  5. Conduct one-on-one meetings with potential clients to close deals and negotiate contracts
  6. Follow up from the initial contact to the first payment cycle to ensure a smooth customer journey and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing
  2. Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  3. Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  4. Experience with CRM tools and data management
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
