Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and performance of impactful advertising campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, and emerging media channels.
  • Oversee the advertising team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure integrated and effective advertising initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, media agencies, and external partners.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovative approaches in advertising.
  • Negotiate contracts and media buys to secure cost-effective placements.
  • Ensure all advertising content complies with legal, ethical, and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in advertising with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record of developing and managing successful advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of traditional and digital advertising channels, tools, and analytics.
  • Strong budget management and strategic planning skills.
