We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Make.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure successful project delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies to validate RPA workflows, ensuring functionality and performance meet expectations.
  • Document processes, procedures, and RPA solutions for future reference and compliance purposes.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your RPA skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with relevant tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or VB is a plus.
  • Understanding of RPA tools is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary for success in this role.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is highly valued.
