Job Title: Assistant Manager Research and Development

Siddiq Leather Works (Pvt) Ltd., is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the research and development efforts in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, improving processes, and ensuring the highest quality of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve production efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into our operations.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Master Degree from a leading university in a relevant field such as chemistry, materials science, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the leather industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mastery of chemical processing and cost control methods in formulations.
  • Understanding of chemistry involved in leather technology.
