Job Description:
Fashion Designers at Thrift are responsible for crafting high-quality clothing products that meet customer needs and reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Design Director to develop design concepts, create sketches and technical drawings for clothing products, and ensure alignment with brand identity.
2. Research current fashion trends and incorporate them into designs to maintain our brand's edge.
3. Select suitable fabrics and materials for each design, considering factors such as comfort, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
4. Create patterns and prototypes of designs for review and approval by the Design Director and other stakeholders.
5. Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed correctly and to high standards.
6. Attend fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs to ensure perfect fit and finish.
7. Participate in photo shoots and marketing events as needed to showcase our brand's unique style and personality.
8. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.

Essential Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in fashion design for clothing, with a proven track record of success.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
4. Strong design skills, including sketching, technical drawing, patternmaking, draping, and sewing.
5. In-depth knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and garment construction techniques.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
