The Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing scalable, maintainable, and extensible architectures for mobile (iOS/Android/React Native) and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate functional requirements into architectural solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable and maintainable software systems.
  • Participate in technical discussions and reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Develop project schedules and timelines, identifying key milestones and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance on complex design decisions and resolve technical challenges.
  • Set technical direction, define best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural principles.
  • Determine the overall structure of the application, select appropriate technologies, and design scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Monitor the project's technical health and address emerging risks throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure the right mix of skills and expertise are applied to project tasks.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication on projects.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions to share architectural principles, best practices, new technologies, and code improvements with developers.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users to refine architectural designs and prioritize enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within projects.
