We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to join our team in the Department of Surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data from clinical areas and records, entering, analyzing, cleaning, validating, and managing it.

The role also involves writing study progress reports and submitting them on time, as well as ensuring safety reporting. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to write manuscripts highlighting potential areas of improvement in patient care.

Other responsibilities include drafting ERC submissions, preparing annual reports, and submitting amendment or extension requests. The Research Associate will also participate in regular monitoring, draft grant protocols, prepare budgets, and create presentations and literature reviews.

Patient recruitment, data collection, questionnaire administration, and outcome assessment are also key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in a health-related field, preferably medical sciences.

At least two years' research experience in clinical or pharmaceutical sciences is required, with competence in MS Office, SPSS, or image analysis software considered advantageous.
