Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Seeking a creative and motivated professional to support our digital marketing efforts on various social media channels. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and questions, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our social media presence.
  • Help create visually appealing content (graphics, short videos, posts) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Assist in maintaining a content calendar and planning content to coincide with key dates, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Support branding initiatives by helping to maintain consistency in the messaging and visual identity of our brand across all channels.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand-building efforts.
  • Actively participate in relevant online communities and forums, such as Quora and Reddit, to promote our brand and offerings.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to create engaging, clear, and creative content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools to create visual content.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to create and manage email campaigns, including writing, designing, and analyzing performance.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
  • 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
