Cold Calling Agent - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Cold Calling Agents. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote environment, connecting with potential clients and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to small and medium-sized businesses in the USA.
  • Introduce our digital services (web development, SEO, lead generation, digital marketing, etc.) in a professional manner.
  • Identify and filter out interested business owners and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Accurately document lead information and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales (preferred).
  • Confidence and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
