Help Desk Technician

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and technical assistance to users of Insignia products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of library management systems and technical support principles.

About the Role:

• Provide expert-level technical support via phone and email to customers
• Conduct research projects to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain accurate knowledgebase cases and release notes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of library management systems and technical support principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in technical support or library management system
