About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Operations Associate. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by accurately processing customer and account data.


Responsibilities
  1. Data Entry: Input text-based and numerical information from source documents within set time limits.
  2. Information Verification: Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  3. Data Quality Control: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any discrepancies, and check output.
  4. Research and Support: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  5. Software Application: Apply data program techniques and procedures.
  6. Reporting and Storage: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  7. Document Management: Scan documents and print files when needed.
  8. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  9. Support and Access: Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  10. Compliance and Equipment: Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies, and maintain office equipment.

Requirements and Skills
  1. Data Entry Experience: Proven experience working as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and data programs.
  3. Administrative Knowledge: Familiarity with administrative duties.
  4. Office Equipment: Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines and scanners.
  5. Typing Speed and Accuracy: Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  8. Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Education: High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is an asset.
