We are seeking an experienced Architect Team Lead to oversee our architectural projects from conception to completion.

This role involves leading a team of architects and designers, overseeing all phases of architectural projects, developing and presenting design proposals to clients, and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.">
  2. Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design development and construction documentation.">
  3. Design Proposals: Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their requirements and feedback.">
  4. Detailed Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.">
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.">
  6. Project Budgeting: Manage project budgets effectively.">
  7. Client Meetings: Attend meetings with international clients and represent the company professionally.">
  8. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.">
  9. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.">

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.">
  2. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the architectural field, with proven experience in a team lead role.">
  3. International Exposure: International exposure is highly preferred.">
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients.">
  5. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.">
  6. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla is essential.">
  7. Building Codes: In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.">
  8. Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.">
  9. Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
