We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a Financial Excellence Lead. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving gross margin improvement and spearheading strategic initiatives across the supply chain.

Your primary focus will be on delivering in-year financial targets through performance analysis and interventions. You will also lead the development of a comprehensive governance framework for end-to-end supply chain costs, ensuring optimal management of working capital and inventory.

As a key player in our success story, you will collaborate closely with supply chain leaders and finance teams to identify saving opportunities and drive value creation agenda. Your expertise in leveraging insights to inform commercial decision-making will be essential in ensuring strong trade investment controls.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, combined with 2-4 years of experience in related areas, is required. Understanding of SAP and Power BI is highly desirable.
