Job Title: Director of Brand Development

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team as the Director of Brand Development. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to support admissions, student engagement, events, and institutional branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase visibility, attract prospective students, and promote our institution's brand.
  • Target Audiences: Identify and analyze target audiences to devise effective outreach strategies that meet their needs and interests.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with academic and administrative departments to align marketing objectives with university goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to adjust strategies and optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communication channels to maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity.
  • Student Recruitment: Collaborate with admissions teams to support student recruitment through open days, expos, school visits, and digital promotions.
  • Program-Specific Promotions: Design program-specific promotional materials and targeted campaigns for different disciplines and campuses.
  • Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to inform promotional efforts and stay ahead in the market.
  • Event Promotion: Support faculty and departments in marketing their events, seminars, and publications.
