As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cross-functional projects with a strong focus on digital business coordination and project management.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of documents.
- Support the management of online marketplaces and platforms.
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in risk assessments, documentation, and regulatory reviews across product life cycles.
- Manage communication and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- 1-1.5 years of experience in project management, administration, or similar roles.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital business operations.
- Familiarity with contract handling, compliance workflows, and internal reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity tools and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
