Machine Learning Engineer

Arbisoft is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Python, transformers, and scalable cloud-based ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning/deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
  • Build and optimize large language model (LLM)-based systems, including prompt-tuning, fine-tuning, and adapter-based training.
  • Develop robust and scalable RAG pipelines, integrating vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
  • Construct and maintain agentic AI workflows involving multi-step reasoning, tool calling, memory components, and planning logic.
  • Work with proprietary APIs as well as open-source libraries and models.
  • Develop modular and clean Python code, adhering to software engineering best practices (object-oriented programming, reusable components, testing).
  • Implement scalable solutions in cloud environments (such as AWS), leveraging GPU/TPU resources effectively.
  • Design inference pipelines that are robust and optimized for latency and throughput.
  • Collaborate with research and product teams to translate ideas into production-grade ML features.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering. Experience with cloud-based systems, large language models, and vector databases is highly desirable.
