Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; an MBA can be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in direct sales and team management, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting individual and team targets, demonstrating exceptional sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding sales and presentation abilities.
  • Persistent, hardworking, passionate about sales and the automotive industry, and creative in approach.
