Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging Department, you will be responsible for performing radiological procedures, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Performing diagnostic imaging procedures as prescribed by clinicians.
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any faults or breakdowns to the supervisor.
- Conducting daily quality assurance activities.
- Providing preparatory information to patients pre and post-radiological procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Qualifications:
- An intermediate degree in Science or a one-year Radiography certificate course from a recognized institute.
- At least two years of experience as a Radiographer or having completed at least one year of traineeship in Radiography from a reputable hospital.
- Knowledge of film quality, patient positioning, and general record keeping.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills.
