
Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Market Expansion Analyst to drive our business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US Healthcare industry and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages to convert leads into prospective clients.
- Scheduling meetings and conference calls with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
- Preparing analysis reports and meeting minutes to ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Identifying client needs and responding in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum intermediate level in any domain with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones.
- Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in customer support.
- Availability to work during US working hours.
