Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual and organizational training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and other relevant data.
  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive L&D plans that include both structured and informal learning methods, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality training programs, including workshops, online courses, or blended learning approaches, to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that learning materials and resources are readily available and effectively utilized to support our training initiatives.
  • Evaluation & Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, making adjustments as needed, and reporting on results to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
  • Instructional Design Expertise: Proven ability to design engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation, are necessary for delivering successful training initiatives.
