Masters or Bachelors degree holders with a minimum of 16 years of education are eligible for this role. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in government, semi-government or reputable corporate organizations is also required.

This position requires knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management as well as experience with financial R12 purchasing/sourcing modules. Proficiency in SQL programming and database management is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of Oracle Server, SQL and PL/SQL development best practices is necessary. Advanced Excel and Power Query/Power Pivot skills are also desired, along with data management, analytics and emerging technologies expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of reports and forms on Oracle Developer 10g from the Oracle Financial R12 ERP System's Purchasing/Sourcing Module database.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the department's Management Information System (MIS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into MIS requirements.
  • Provide training and support to departmental staff/users on MIS tools, remote data analysis and reporting procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data management and system functionality.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
  • Perform other MIS-related tasks and responsibilities assigned by senior management.
  • Manage and create item codes in the item master.
  • CORRESPOND WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION TO RESOLVE VARIOUS QUERIES AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH PPRA RULES, SOPs AND MANAGEMENT DIRECTIVES.
  • VALIDATE PROPRIETARY APPROVALS.
  • VALIDATE PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA.
