Accounting and Financial Management Role

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of accounting and finance, including preparation of financial reports, budget planning, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a degree in MBA/ACCA (Finance/Accounts), CA Inter, or ICMA (Part-qualified or qualified).
Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Preparing financial statements showing business profits and expenses.
- Cash Flow Management: Managing cash flow and periodic cash flow reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Strong skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, Excel 365, and QuickBooks.
- Vendor Payments: Monitoring vendor payments and reconciliations.
- Bank Reconciliations: Conducting regular bank reconciliations.
- Budget Planning: Preparing annual budgets in coordination with the manager.
- Qualification: CA Inter, ACCA, ICMA (Part-qualified or qualified), MBA Finance, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Financial Operations: Sound understanding of financial operations and monthly reporting.
- Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel 365, and QuickBooks.
- Communication Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
